 Jeff  has years of experience in construction. For the ten years prior to moving, he has  worked as a foreman at a SIPS (Structural Insulated Panels) plant. He  began his career inspecting with doing SIPS plants for the CCMC and NRC in Canada, while working with them to gets SIPS more clearly defined in the national building code.  Then, he attended InterNachi International Home Inspector School and  completed many additional courses to enhance his knowledge. Since 2019, his  family decided to move to Costa Rica full-time. Their youngest child  became the valedictorian at an international school in Guanacaste. Jeff  has worked with SIPS, ICFs, and built two block/duroc cabins in Costa Rica, gaining  hands-on experience with various construction types. Now in their third  year in Costa Rica, he looks forward to helping others find their ideal  homes here.
